I had a lovely stay! The room was comfortable and so quiet. I slept like a baby. The breakfast buffet offered amazing made-to-order omelets. I'd definitely return!

missingWrote a review on Oct 07friendly staffconvenient locationignored room preferencepoor cleanlinessno daily room cleaning
Upon arrival, I received a warm welcome from the front desk staff, and they upgraded me to a junior suite, which was a nice touch. However, the location right outside the elevator was disappointing, as my room preference for distance from noise was ignored. The cleanliness was also a problem. I found hair in the shower and sticky surfaces that suggested a lack of proper cleaning. While the proximity to Walmart and dining options was convenient, the overall experience fell short given the expectations for a premium stay.

Good for groups but needs improvement
The front desk staff was amazing and really went above and beyond, they found me a bowl and silverware so I could enjoy my salad after a long day. The breakfast staff was attentive, they accommodated my food allergies perfectly and ensured I had everything I needed.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but the experience was still acceptable.

My stay at the Renaissance was good. The spacious King Studio Suite offered a beautiful view of the mountains. Staff members were attentive and helpful, creating a cute atmosphere. A minor delay during check-in was easily overlooked thanks to the fantastic dining options. I’ll definitely return for another visit!

We had a lovely stay for 2 nights with our little ones, and the King Studio Suite was super cozy with a comfy sofa bed that the kids loved. The indoor pool and relaxing sun loungers were perfect for winding down after a busy day. One small issue was housekeeping not restocking towels, but it didn’t take away from the fun we had! 😊

Nice mountain views from the rooms. Staff friendly and responsive. Only downside was confusion with parking charges at checkout.

We had an amazing two-night stay in a King Studio Suite with Sofa Bed. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished, making it perfect for our family. The enclosed pool was a hit with our kids, and the location was convenient for exploring Boulder.
My children wanted better restaurant options for families. The service at dinner was disappointingly slow, which isn’t ideal when you're staying with kids.
