The breakfast buffet was amazing. Made to order waffles & omelets. Room was very upscale with nice bedding & decor.
Every hotel should offer free internet access. $15 is a ridiculous amount to pay per day! Also, it would have been nice to have free newspapers available in the lobby as well as coffee.
I loved pretty much everything about the hotel. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Made to order omelets, Belgian waffles, pancakes, french toast, eggs...on and on. Wonderful restaurant atmosphere as well!
No free internet in room (about $13 a day...)- the only internet in room was Wired and at a nice $13 a day. Who uses wired internet in their room, especially with a toddler running around? A very poor idea. I didn't like having to go to lobby to use the free wireless at all. You should not have to deal with that from such a nice hotel.
Great staff. Surprisingly good restaurant.
Pool and hot tub small. Hot tube area not arranged well. Only two elevators.
I liked the location. I enjoyed the atmosphere, and the design of the lobby, and bar/ dinning area and the room. The bed was great and the room was quiet. The Breakfast Buffet was awesome, and our waitress was adorable.
I didn't like the fact that we booked a mountain view room and were not able to see the mountains at all, because of smoke haze or whatever.
we loved the aveda soap. I hope we took them home
the staff was busy when we checked in, promised they would leave our breakfast vouchers under the door and forgot
This is a very nice clean hotel, with good size rooms & great decore. We had a nice meal in the restaurant.
We enjoyed our stay! The hotel was top notch and the staff was also. Would gladly stay there again.
The only thing bad I could say about our stay was the restaurant was understaffed when we were there, the food was good but the service was lacking.
Size of room, decor, cleanliness.
WiFi-- no instructions in room. Wasted time in room and in lobby trying to connect. I needed to contact someone via Skype who was in the hospital in Europe before going to a wedding and I was unable to do so. Staff downstairs unable to connect my iPhone. Find another revenue source instead of WiFi. Instruct staff (male) not to argue or be surly with guests, I.E., "connecting to WiFi is easy". It clearly isn't, especially when even a staff person was unable to do it. Should I have to return to the Boulder area, I will look for a similarly nice hotel that does not charge for WiFi, or at least explains to guests how to connect. Except for that, I was happy with the hotel.
Restaurant was excellent. Hotel design was beautiful and room was spacious and quiet. Bed was extremely comfortable
The hotel was absolutely gorgeous!!! My room was a gorgeous suite, which I did not expect. I just loved the lobby and the lounge and found myself just relaxing by the fireplace with a glass of wine and a good book. I actually did not want to leave. It is a gorgeous hotel. I had to bring the whole family through to see it.
It was a beautiful hotel.
The pillows were so flat(feather) and the others were way to uncomfortable to sleep on. Not a great night's sleep, but I don't prefer feather pillows.
Well designed large spacious rooms. Charming lobby bar with fireplace and live music on the weekend. Friendly staff. Excellent location for access to freeways and Boulder and Denver.
I like the location of this facility as it was close to freeways, shopping and restaurants, as well as it's proximity to Boulder where we had a couple of events planned.
Room was exceptional. Staff were helpful and friendly. Lobby area was a great place to sit and relax.
For my visit, everything was great. But a newspaper every morning would of been great.
Location, large room and staff.
The bed was too soft.
